Deal guidelines

The standing rules our editors and our engine both work to.

We publish a deal when

  • it scores 60 or above, and 80 or above to reach the homepage;
  • the effective price is meaningfully below what the listing normally sells for;
  • the listing is in stock and sold by a seller with a decent record;
  • every offer we count is one an ordinary buyer can use.

We reject a deal when

  • the price was inflated in the run-up to the “sale”;
  • the same listing was cheaper within the last 45 days;
  • the saving relies on EMI terms, an exchange bonus, or a card almost nobody holds;
  • platform fees erase the discount at checkout;
  • the product is out of stock, obsolete, or badly rated.

Sponsored placements

If a deal is ever paid for, it carries a Sponsored label and still has to clear the same score threshold as everything else. We do not sell the verdict.

Corrections

Every deal page has a report button. If a price, offer or stock status is wrong, tell us and we will re-check it. Expired deals stay online, clearly marked, with the current price shown instead.
